The Winter Solstice
Today is Winter Solstice. In all the mystical schools on this planet, this marks the most important day of the year---the birthday of the planet Earth. It is the closing of the current cycle and the beginning of the new. From its inception, it has always been celebrated with the highest forms of recognition and in the most glorious raiment's imaginable. As you might assume, it was the precursor to what the Christian religion adapted as Christ-mass.
